I know we've all been frustrated at times where luck was not at our side when summoning event heroes. There's countless complaints going on here and there on every platform VF has about people getting no event heroes after multiple summons. 

What I want to suggest is for certain heroes who has increased summoning rates alongside event heroes to have stat boost as well during the event, say about +50% to stats. For this event as an example, Cybella who also has increased summoning rate gets a minor stat boost for this event period. Since majority of the players have easier access to normal heroes, hopefully this can help alleviate the difficulties and frustration of attempting higher difficulties in the event for those unlucky enough to summon the event hero.

IMO for each event they should either have this, or have 1 event hero available in event completion quest box, or 1 event hero for exchange in the bazaar (limited).

Just like the Carnival of Horrors event yes? That event was a huge improvement over its predecessors. But I'm going to have to partially disagree on the event heroes attainable from the event completion quest box. For monsters like Elseia it's more reasonable, or 4* potential heroes like Silvia from the previous event is also okay. But if it were 5* potential heroes like Miu, then I'm against it. She is a 5* potential hero and should be as rare as summoning other 5* potentials from the summoning pool.

+1 for the hero reward. I'm actually fine with getting a potentially 5* hero, but maybe it can be made more difficult to get, like increasing the grind to 500 instead (evil smile)

If they are making banner heroes having a slight boosted stats, maybe they need to add them into the event story?
Like Cybella chasing after Miu with Leon and Theia for some reasons
