[Suggestion and Feedback] Utilizing 3 and 4 star Heroes

[INTRODUCTION]
Every now and then, new patches are introduced to the ever-expanding Valiant Force. Every patch comes with new heroes that are usually 150-200% stat boosted to help clear the specific event trials. Usually, we are introduced to new potential 4-5 star heroes that will give variety to the pool of current heroes in Arathos. However, it is undeniably painful to know that when a new patch comes, our 4 star event heroes would be forgotten afterwards. 

[FEEDBACK]
I am really happy that the Twin Frost Ascension patch comes with various event trials that need to be finished WITHOUT any 5 star heroes. I am really glad to see my Sylvia and Seraphina (previous event heroes) back in action together with my other 4 star heroes awaiting for 5 star promotion. I commend the developers for this continuous utilization of almost-forgotten heroes from the past months.

[SUGGESTION]
To further the cause of having functional 4 star heroes, I suggest we open a Junior-type Arena / Undercard Colliseum which will have 3 categories: 

A.) The Amateur Battle Ring
  1. Only 3 Star Heroes/Monsters are allowed
  2. A squad will be composed up to maximum of 5 Heroes/Monsters
  3. This is a KILL-ALL strategical Arena in contrast to the popular Tile Control Game in Arena
  4. Rewards are Junior Arena Orbs
  5. Junior Arena Orbs can be exchanged to Junior Arena Merchant (Highest Prized: 4 star Set Equipment (Changes every month), 1 pc 5 star Set Equipment Part (Changes every month), Junior Arena Orbs Box)
B.) The Survival of the Fittest Heroes
  1. Only 3 Star Heroes/Monster are allowed
  2. Squad will be composed up to maximum of 5 Heroes/Monsters
  3. The Squad will face Monsters that try to kill them.
  4. The Squad cannot attack the monsters but only Move/Heal/Tile Swap/Stun/Sleep/Skill Delay/Stealth
  5. Points will depend on the turns your squad survived before it is obliterated completely by the monsters (1 Turn = 1 Point. 2 Turns= 2 Points)
  6. Every Season will have a ladder of the hardcore squads that amassed highest points
  7. Rewards Same with the Above.
C.) The Expert Flag Battle House
  1. Only 4 Star Heroes/Monsters are allowed
  2. A Squad will be composed up to maximum of 5 Heroes/Monsters
  3. New Strategical Gameplay (Flag Capture System; A hero will be randomly selected to become the "Flag Bearer". The goal of each squad is to be the first to kill the "Flag Bearer". 
  4. Rewards are the Bravery Orbs
  5. Bravery Orbs can be exchanged to the Flag Battle House Merchant (Highest Prized: 1x 4 Star Heroes Card, 1 pc 5 star Set Equipment Part (Changes every month), Bravery Orbs Box, etc.)
Any suggestions to improve/balance the above schemes? This is thread is also open for other bright ideas on how we can make our 3 or 4 star heroes functional all throughout the game. This system will also add incentive to players to possibly Limit Break our 3-4 star heroes :)
