1) Feature for GM of guild to send members ingame mail to communicate.

9) shadow is extremely paper now, please look at hardening it's base defenses as it is a melee class. Now it's being taken down easily even by a healer.

I agree with all of these.
6. Should remove those since you have to walk every round if the stair is at the back end, takes 2 to 3 turns, lol
9. Even striker, gets 2-3 hits by mobs in heroic stages
