I personally think adding new servers was not a really SMART move.
Honestly, the only server we has barely has players left after most of it quitting for boring with TOO LONG EVENT and bugs and etc.
Maybe fixing the bugs and adding more content to the game would be more smart rather than making new server hoping more people will playing and spending there.
I am quite a spender for the game and willing to do so, but if you decide to release new server,
i would quit and stop playing the game because i foresee the game wont live that much longer.
There is quite many gacha game with many servers that end up dead, (Like Almost all, those who havent is just waiting its time)

I really wish you REALLY think this through because i see great potential within the game and it would be heartbreaking if it comes true.

Why don't we used one Global server so everyone could meet?
What if my friends couldn't join my server after I persuade them to play and join my guild?

Multiple server is a bad design IMO
If you want the newbies to not be overwhelmed by the veteran, give them some catch-up mechanism instead of putting them on a brand new server/environment so they all could start fresh.

The decision was made after going through several other games in the Asia region and the players' habits

I thought English would pretty much cover it all.

And my point is:
Better be focusing on ingame stuff rather than making new servers with unstable content and decreasing amount of players.
It would be good if you could players STAY in the game rather than just making more people play if eventually they will all quit again of boredom and unsatisfied with the game itself.

And YES, new game like FIre Emblem Heroes interest most players for various reasons. 
And you don't want to make us choose, trust me.

I think XII Braves and FunPlus is abit overconfident about having different local servers for the said countries.

Okay, sure, games like Seven Knights has their own local server for Japan and Korea too but you have to admit, that game is just way too successful thus they can have their own local servers. Valiant Force on the otherhand is already struggling to keep the SEA playerbase intact, what more if the playerbase is spread out across different servers?

Not to mention, Fire Emblem is coming soon. Seriously, think about it.

Yeah, i also don't think that creating new server is wise decision. It's better if you gather all of your players on one server just like 7K.
And I also saw someone made new account on the new server already. IMO, it's wiser if you cancel the new server and merge it with the current one.
