Inspired by
• Kantai Collection ~KanColle~
• GODDESS KISS

How It Works
• As players continue to use the same hero over time, character loyalty / affection will increase (similar to friendship with other players) which will provide stat / gold / experience boost.
• The loyalty / affection meter can also be manually increased by gifting items to the characters.
• The loyalty / affection meter will decrease on a daily basis down to ground zero for characters left un-touched for over 24 hours.

It'll be kinda weird imo since there's no character in game that represents the player(?), since it kancolle players play as an admiral. Who will the characters be loyal/affectionate to? But hey that aside it's an interesting addition and i look forward to it getting implemented, hopefully.

Well, let us just say the characters are fighting for a 'duke' of a 'dukedom'. :)
So the more they are deployed to fight for the duke, the more loyalty they feel towards to the dukedom.
