[Final Feedback] The Game As A Whole And Where It Is Heading To

EVENTS
I will start with the recent events. The master difficulty for Darkness Descend is beyond ridiculous, it was so obvious that the devs are trying to cheese players by introducing cheesy enemies like how Magebane Miu starts cloaked or Samurai Miu swaps one of your unit at the start of the wave. Luckily, there was a loophole where you can literally block the clone from spawning on wave 2 by simply putting your unit on where it spawns. The boss was also easy to crowd control where CC heavy teams managed to clear even up to trial 3.

Now we have Sentinel Covenant. Luckily, my SDD team build is able to do master easily but WOW, then came trial 2. Trial 2 requires me to not use any skills, jesus christ, just how bad are the game designers of this game? They cannot think of a proper implementation of increased difficulty but instead would just give these no-skill bullcrap. Funny thing is how Talissa, the main event hero, who is a summoner, cannot even do her own specialty which is summoning a pet because of this trial. Well designed! I can't wait for the next event where master trial 2 is 4* hero only!

ARENA
This is where I have the last laugh. So people were so against nerfing Ronan when I made a Ronan feedback thread. Let's see, my prediction is sooo on point that I'm amazed by myself. A well protected double Ronan now cheesing on the top ranks. Combined with double Faye for maximum cancer, oh and let's add the newly introduced assassin guardian Aden whose skill is only 5-turn CD yet does so much damage, more than even Sharpshooter Kane/Cybella/Nadia's 7-turn CD skill, oh god, so hilarious. Basically a stage 4 cancer with a cherry on top.

What was also done to the stacking of command type archers? *tumbleweed rolls*

RAID

Anyways, I was kind of expecting something like, the holy trinity will triump on raids. For new people to the MMO scene, the holy trinity is Tank, Healer and DPS. Usually on raids, it's gonna be a tank and spank while healers sustains everyone. Sure, VF shouldn't be restricted to the common type of raids but let's see how they implemented it ... OH GOD, please, fire the creative game designer and hire someone else. Randomly targetted acid pool? Random tile spawning snake that has 1-turn CD stun? Randomly targetted venom bomb? WHOA! SO CREATIVE. Instead of designing intensively, it was so extremely lazy that oh my god, I am just speechless. Amazing.

CLASSES

• Guardian
Why is this class so pointlessly tanky? Aside from Miu's event where guardians were so useful because of the auto-taunt. This class is extremely lost and doesn't know it's role. Why am I saying this? Because the goddamn Taunt can easily be resisted. Why is this even a thing?! W-what? When Raid is introduced, I had the lowest expectation but oh boy, they actually implemented something worse than my low expectations. Let's see, the boss has like 80%? 90%? chance to resist crowd control ...

INCLUDING TAUNT.

Just amazing. Why? Taunt doesn't even work on Arena, why not guarantee Taunt on PVE? Devs? Please?

• Healer
Healers are currently limited to healing via aura or their skill. I actually have been curious why the design of healers is really awful. I do have a suggestion and it is very easy to do, please make healers be able to do a normal tap on an ally and instead of attacking they will heal the target ally for 50% of their MAG. Such an easy fix.

So why is this a final feedback? Because I am quitting. Had enough of the devs bullcrap for quite some time already. But hey, I'm just one of their few players so it doesn't really matter. So why am I even posting this? Well, because somewhere inside me thinks that this is still such an amazing game which was accidentally ruined and I am partly still hoping that the devs can salvage this game.

Even with a squad of 3 talissa, I still thinking how an event hero like her mystic cannot use her skill in trial 2. If shadow or champion, maybe different, but a mystic use her mag to kill. Without her skill, it's like asking her to go for ares faith for trial 2

Thou i aknowledge that you have great contribution to the player community for the SDD team but I have to say you are way too self centred about SDD team and thinks everything should revolve around it.

Just because your SDD team cannot handle master trial 2 for this event, you think there is no other teams for it? This is Master grade for god sake, it is meant for the really higher up (The real paying clients) that the developers has to attract to have something to keep them challenged.

Same too for arena.

Raid is only in Beta, what is that you did not understand? The developers has specifically asked for feedbacks

Even with a squad of 3 talissa, I still thinking how an event hero like her mystic cannot use her skill in trial 2. If shadow or champion, maybe different,  but a mystic use her mag to kill.  Without her skill,  it's like asking her to go for ares faith for trial 2
So events should only use event hero if it makes no sense? Precisely the developers want to challenge you to think outside of event heros... Ever thought that a archer trigger squad is the way to go for no skill to be used? By now there should be already many people who cleared trial 2 and if you are only stuck in the thinking that have to use talissa then prehaps you are not up to the standard required for challenging this.

The only thing i can agree on is that defence tanks are now useless, taunt for defence tanks is extremely important and should not be greatly resisted in PVE.

The last time i even used a defense mode tank in pve was during twin tower stage, from then on faye has way overtaken defense and defense tank has like lost it purpose. Now even Aden's blood knight gives way more defense then darrion HD (Supposedly the most tanky but is now overtaken easily)

Healers too should have option to heal from normal turns

Sorry to make you think that way. I already thought of a archer trigger team, but sad to say, I don't have them and ya, I pretty much stuck at so.
What I meant is the purpose of a event hero when she can't use what she is built for, for the toughest stage of the event. (then why have a event hero then?)
Thinking outside the box and with a strong pool of heroes help, but some who doesn't have thick pool and manage to pull a event hero should benefit from her or him. Not being bind by a weird limitation.
The event is about her, and if the story doesn't use her, any point there?

On a side note, most of all will love to see someone share how they clear trial 2.

Just for one trial not using her and the story does not use her? In every game, the highest level of content will usually cater for the top players with more variety of resources to challenge it. Sometimes you just have to knowledge that this is not the level a player is at now. 

Aside from not clearing trial 2, players with talissa is still able to easily clear trial 1 to farm it. This is just like tower where lvl 48 and up is hell especially level 50 which I have personally tried and it was extreme hell even with 2 mius for even clearing trial 1 (I literally only cleared trial 1 level 50 using gems revival over 12 times (250 gems) even with my 2 miu team (one of them is a lvl 40 miu samurai which at that time i have to say is the best miu on the server with 18k attack when boost ingame just to see the finishing storyline. (trial 2 is impossible then i will say) but i just take it that at that stage i was not meant to do trial 2 of lvl 50

^Can confirm, I have Tywin on my friend list, and he has the highest ATK on Miu I've seen during that time.

I have to agree on some points, most especially the Guardians and how Healers are awfully designed. That suggestion regarding Healer is actually good. And defense tanks are indeed useless, last used my HD for PvE was back in tower event from which Guardians truly served it's purpose. xD

Sad to see you quitting the game. You have truly contributed a lot to the community in these short 4-5months.
I still remember when I started the "Is this game dying?" thread, you were so vigorously defending this game.
Guess in the end, the game did died from your perspective......
