Suggestion to add features to guild

Sat Oct 08, 2016 8:52 pm

Hi, as there are limited number of slots in the guild (max 35), the slots are valued and it is good to have active members that contribute points daily. However, there are times where members are busy or could not login for a few days and there are those that have became permanently inactive.Currently there is no way to know what why are they inactive besides talking in the guild chat which record a limited history.

Suggestion
1) Member can select their status (like whatsapp)- e.g. questing, farming, busy, away, etc etc
2) Create a guild noticeboard where members can "sticky" their message (e.g. away for 3 days etc etc)

I think this can create a better guild to progressively level up while retaining temporary busy/away members that have done their past contributions, and also more definitively kick members that did not report the reasons for their inactivity. What do you guys think?

Not just guild status
We need personal status so we can manager our friend list
Checking people's garrison one by one is a pain

I think the suggestions are pretty good!
1. A status would be nice as a form of greeting or to update the guild members about their current activities.
2. This is something like pasting a memo on the fridge. I like this idea alot!
I was thinking if the guild layout can show the members who are offline and online (or maybe in the chat log section). As for the kicking of guild members, I'm more concerned about members leaving without notice. It would be nice to add a pop-out before they leave, to tick the reasons for leaving the guild,  e.g, Inactive Guild or Joining a friend's guild or Unsatisfied with Guild Policy. This would allow the guild leader to understand what could be done better on his part.

Guild Masters can actually find out the last login time of the members through the 'Edit Members' feature.
This is on the same page where Guild Masters promote members to 'Officers' or expel them.

Yeah, i know about that, even guild officers can see the last login of members, but we don't know why they are inactive. An alternative is to form a line chat or facebook group but not all members have line or will join so I think if there is an inbuilt system of notification it will definitely be better.
