Summoners in arena

I think one of the strongest possibly unintended features of summoners in Arena is that summoning a unit allows your team to gain an extra turn, allowing a first round Chronos Distortion or similar.This is actually a very powerful mechanic as having more turns than your opponent allows you to tick down your cool downs and execute skills while your opponent has no chance to react.
I would suggest putting summoned units under a "free time" category, meaning when summoned units act they will not cause skill cool downs on either team to tick.
If a similar fix is not implemented I fear 3 summoner is going to be the only arena build because of the massive advantage in skill tempo.

I wholeheartedly agree - I don't think there is much else to add to the matter.
I hope this gets considered for implementation.

I concur on what you said, Pet with skill is already OP, and 2-turn CD for them are nuts. It literally translate to 6cd Talissa can CAST TWO SKILLS.
Which heroes actually does that before all this summonshit came out?
And now we have a Sven with 2-cd summon, we can actually estimate the 3rd summoner to have a ONE FUCKING TURN COUNTDOWN to summon. lol

Yes, after Talissa poisoning your Party -Ronan's missile will send your team to hell..
Even if you have Faye, she don't have a chance to cast her shield if you got first turn..
XD
Talking about Sven (Berserker), his pet can be summoned in 2 turn and can OHKO everyone except Guardian..
1 free kill every 2 turn?
It's totally unbalanced..
I'm agree with Topic Creator's suggestion..
And to the Developers
Whatever you do, don't nerf them..
I never use Archers..
I never use Summoners, not in the near future..
But I'm totally disagree with all kinds of nerf..
Especially silent nerf..

Yes, I've been on the receiving end of summoners + ronan combo... not much you can do, really. It's worse than archer trigger because sometimes the archers fail to trigger but not this combo.
Maybe a stopgap measure is to limit the arena team to max 1 summoner only. Even that can already be problematic.

No doubts, having summoners in your team give you a extra turn. But i don't think there is a problem if your squad is using a decent eq. / runes. The skills from Talissa itself doesn't hurt as much as a normal Mystic would do. If you move and attack ur squad properly, whenever summoner summon will just give them a 1 turn window and does not give them a auto win. You have units with 4 turn cd silence / stuns / sleeps to play with them.

Look I don't want to argue in this thread but no doubt they are manageable but you are deluding yourself if you think they're fine.
The only way you think that way is that you are facing weak ones with no LB yet (because still new).
What happens when eventually everyone MLB them?
What happens if they run 3 summoners? Free 3 moves is balanced? If you don't run 3 yourself and have Emperor level equips for your Rangers good luck fighting a Elementalist/Warlock Talissa hiding behind Aden/Faye/Lucille with 5k-6k defense. 2 Summoners and you can only CC one by the way. They do less damage than other mystics? Ronan sure, but 80%*2=160% is same as all the other Mystics, hello? Are we playing the same game. This doesn't even include how you can summon your Pet to right click (and crit for OHKO) or skill for 180%*3=540% damage.
If they go second it is a guaranteed lost.
You make laughable points. Simply ignorant.
Go ahead - wait and see if you want. We'll see eventually who is correct and if the game is alive then and there.
If the standard is at the Summoners level and we follow the current trend (like most mobile games) eventually - probably in 2 months, you'll see stronger and more ridiculous skills and aura formations renderring everything else worthless.

No offense meant in asking this, but what is your arena ranking?
Try fighting Emperor for example in PvP as mentioned above. I just saw had my Faye with 9k DEF got killed by his Wyvern in a SINGLE turn. I haven't even started with Talissa yet.

Expert 2, play this game for 2 month+. Just kill his Wyvern with ur dps unit 1st?
