As the name of the topic, mystics are bad, just bad. For the damage dealer class, they can't even compete with warrior, archer or even shadow both PVE and PVP.
PVE
Most people probably already know why mystic are not worth keeping, most of the time. Why?.
1. Normal attack barely do anything, skill take too long and too little damage that other class can do more before they can skill once.
2. Require a protection, which mean you have to cut more damage dealer for guardian just for mystic and sometimes they still die anyway.
PVP
Let's just compare to most general team you going to fight above 3600 rank.
Against Archer Team
์์Not much to be said, either they trigger until you lose, or they not trigger until you win, but archers have 6 turns to attack before mystic can do anything so, archers win most of the time.
Against Mystic Team
Magic vs magic, depend on who has stronger MAG
Against Guardian Team
This make mystic look laughably weak, because guardians have low MAG and high DEF so, mystics are suppose to be their counter.
Making DEF effect magic defense is always questionable for me, instead of encourage every class to use MAG, let's just make it worthless outside of mystics and healers. This mean guardian can just pump DEF and can take every kind of damage.
Other than that, guardians raid set also have free resilience which is a double middle finger on every mystics.
Against Class Mixing Team
Difficulty is depend on formation and class, if enemy team has 1 or more champion, mystic pretty much win.
In conclusion, Mystics have too little PROS and too many CONS. They are not worth to invest on them since other class can do the same job but better.
