I actually spent 2 hours writing a lot of stuff but everything got wiped because of the login timeout... so I'm just gonna keep this short.... Ultimately, I hope the devs/admin will read this with an open heart. These are collective feelings that I've gathered over the weekend with community members from different sources. 

Prestige (VIP System)
The most controversial mechanic in the game. Personally, I do not have any qualms with the current VIP system as the benefits are not very game breaking. However, over the years many games with the VIP system have P2W mechanics and people have already build a strong stereotype against it. To them, VIP = P2W thus when people see the system, they will more than likely jump into conclusion that it's p2w game and shun away from it. The devs need to understand that there are so many mobile games being published every day, not everyone is going to wait and observe whether your System is different from others or not. 
This is something that you guys should realised and be prepared to answer when implementing this system. There's nothing we can do here except to educate people your system is different.

Stamina System
- Most games are at 3-5 minutes, please adjust them to suit the modern timings, especially if you are going to have such as small max stamina pool.
- Most top grossing games now have fixed stamina refreshes for $1-$3. Even Pokemon Go's Lure is $1/30mins. Please keep the game's refreshes to a fix amount of maybe 15-30 gems instead of the current incremental system, since the game have such a small max stamina pool. 

The game does require quite a bit of grinding to power up the characters thus more stamina will definitely be appreciated. 

Evolution System
As it is right now, it is already very expensive to evolve a 4* character to 5*. You'll need prepare tons of fodder to bring your character to +2 max trained. I'm not sure why are you guys still limiting the ability to the farm for evolve material (Relics) using the Job Quest Keys. 
I would suggest either or the following:
- Allow the keys to refresh maybe 2-3 hours for 1 or;
- Please keep the game's refreshes to a fix amount of maybe 25-30 gems instead of the current incremental system.

I know it is possible to complete content with 3-4* characters but seriously, who doesn't like to feel powerful and have a 5* character in their team? As it is right now, it'll take more than 10 days to get evolve that 5* character and I'm not sure if the mass are going to wait that long. 

PVP
The current PVP rewards are definitely not rewarding. As we all know, it's not easy to maintain your rank "up there". It takes a lot of effort, and sometimes gems during the rush hour to secure your place in the top spot. The least you can do is to reward the all players across the board especially top 10 players with enough gems or "almost enough" gems for a 10x gacha. As it is now... there's really no point rushing to be first except for bragging rights. Look at all the other Korean games with PVP system, they all reward the "top rankers" with at least a 10x pull. 

Event
The current event difficulty is a bit difficult for a "first event". Maybe you can consider lowering the first few event's difficulty and make it challenging when you decide to rehash it? I hope events will be scaled towards the general public and not... 

Other Suggestions:
- The Chat system (best thing btw) is currently a little messed up because we have to constantly scroll down to read the new message after we close the chatbox. Please let it auto scroll all the way down when we open it to read the new message or, just keep the new messages on the top. 
- We need a lock for our units. It takes time to differentiate units for a new game and we do not want to accidentally delete those characters that can become 5*.
- The gold sink in the game currently is really huge at the moment... Is it possible to lower the cost for upgrading characters/equipment, rerolling aura, rerolling faith... etc.
- Player Rank can exp can be lowered a little from 1-11.

Some issues we are looking at, but no guarantee of immediate changes:

1. Lack of gold.
2. UI improvement of chat system

It is not a must to have all 5 star heroes in a squad. We have already seen a 2+4 stars squad taking down a squad with 3x 5 stars heroes.

We did have testers playing the game without cash, and stamina wasn't a problem. In fact, we were told there is too much stamina over level 20. Perhaps we can look at the distribution again.

Well as I mentioned, who doesn't want the best stuff in the game he/she's playing right? In this case, the 5* characters. 

The event does require a little grinding to collect the signed albums which takes up some stamina. Anyway as you said, maybe you can work something out for the earlier levels regarding the stamina distribution. 

Lastly, I missed out a bug report:

Sometimes, the stamina does refresh properly after the timer counts down to 0. 
It will get stuck at "Next Refill in: -"

too much stamina is never a issue when you like the game :3
i think the stamina cap is alright but the cool-down is a bit long.

I have noticed the stamina re-fill bug as well, restarting the app shows the correct stamina though.

As for the Daily event dungeons would it be possible to implement something similar to the arena orbs recharge than the fixed limited entry option? 
Maybe 3 hours per orb?

Were'nt you going on and on in the ingame-chat that the game was soo p2w? Now you say that the current VIP benefits are not very game breaking and you have no qualms about it why were you reinforcing the said "stereotype" to other players via the ingame chat? Don't you think that was counter-productive and fear mongering. I distinctively remember seeing people starting to say things like "ok time to quit" after you said the game was so p2w in the ingame chat. If you are indeed the kongpakbao from the website, dont you think your words hold alot more weight and many people including myself view your opinions with a higher weightage than some random spouting nonsense in the chat. I really dont get why a respected reviewer like yourself would do something like that. Like i said as you words and opinions hold more weight than others dont you think your actions could have potentially killed or caused serious harm to the game? If you really felt the game was p2w its fine, but now you come here and say otherwise.

I don't really get where this is coming from as well. What is the definition of modern timings. Every game is different games that allow 3-5mins regen requires me more stamina per battle which is more or less the same? For the fixed stamina refreshes im not too about other top grossing games like you said but from what i see in game its 15 gems for 15 energy? and the cheapest gem pack without the bonus gem is 125 gems for about 10bucks. so its about $1+ for 15 energy. im at almost 30 energy max cap now so its about $3 for a full refill? Isnt that inline without the top grossing games? or am i mistaken? the stamina pool i feel fine to me currently maybe i havent hit content that requires large amounts of energy. Is the higher content requiring huge energy amounts?

I'm actually quite liking this as a f2p. Since i have only spent gems apart from gacha on keys refills and buying them from the market place. Isnt it good that everyone kind of progress at the fixed rate? unless you want to dump huge amounts of gems to get the keys. If taking more than 10days to grow a character to its final form is long? Are there other similar games than takes significantly less? I remember games like BF, FFBE, SW, Light, DotArena, Future Fight taking significantly longer than that to get a character to its max form.

For this how is the PVP "up there" right now? I have just been causally playing PVP,  are you guys gemming already? Im assuming there isnt much gemming or intense competition "up there". Are there alot of playing vying for top spots in pvp already? I felt most of us are only still figuring shit out lol. If the PVP is super rewarding wouldnt it become a p2w heaven which you were so against? payers dominate the top because they are willing to gem and claim all the top rewards. If the rewards are slightly less as a f2p i dont mind taking lower ranks as the difference isnt that significant and the payers who want bragging rights can gem all they want to the top.

This i 100% agree with you, holy shit the event is HARDDDDD. the trials are even more ridiculous, been trying to get the 4 star set from the event quest but like WHAT? how do i even complete the second node in 10 rounds. I hope since this is only the first even the difficulty will be tweaked in the future or hotfix this so i can complete get the 4 star item set. thats like the only way for f2p like me to get 4* items now

Yes i agree on this too the chat system is a chore to use right now. Having a lock is good too since im like fusing units i get paranoid that i accidently fuse my squad characters. I need more gold.... holy shit im like so damn broke lol but it makes me really treasure that gold mine event. I saw its 3 tries on certain days too which kinda helps abit, im not that far into the game yet so i wouldnt know how much of a gold sink the game is. As for the player rank exp i didnt feel much issues, so no comments there.

I'm not denying myself that I did mention about the paywall and content being gated, but I had never ever linked or mention anything about the VIP system as P2W. I do know my words take certain weight in the community so I'm always mindful with what I say in public so let me stress one more time... I had never ever talked about the VIP system prior to this thread. 

My thoughts about the paywall is mainly about the stamina system and unit development. These are PVE stuff that I feel, it should be toned down.  As i mentioned at the top of the post, I did typed a long post to explain how this 2 mechanic is currently unnecessarily gating content, but it all got wiped out so I just went straight to the point with my suggestions. 

Currently the first time you refill stamina is 15 gems. Second time is 30 gems. Not sure about third time because I'm too stingy to refresh another time. As for Job Quest key, it's now 25 > 50 > 100 > ? 

If we're comparing just the Japanese Mobile games genre with similar evolution mechanics, which this game happens to drew their idea from, getting a 3* character to 5* takes less than a day to 7 days max.

As for PVP, it's always going to be a separate entity and P2W haven in every game. What I'm suggesting is to increase the rewards from top to bottom so that it feels more rewarding to participate. Just FYI, the gemming to the top has already begun. 

Anyway these are just my suggestions and thoughts for the game geared towards the F2P Players. Call me nosy if you want but these are issues that are I've collectively heard from the community so it's not just me who's feeling it.  FYI, I did put in some money into the game and the problems above are not really affecting me. I'm just sharing my humble experience with the little games I've played in the past and how bad monetization decisions killed their game.

As a Singaporean, I do hope that the game will do well and push for global success. Good luck alL~

I see, I do apologize as I assumed you were referring to the VIP system since you directly addressed that VIP is linked to p2w for most games in your first post. But now I'm more confused lol! What did you mean by p2w and or a paywall? I always thought that a paywall means its something i as a f2p cannot get unless i pay, however stamina and unit development as you mentioned is only gated. Which means I only get them slower than those who are willing to pay. I will eventually get there just alot slower. Don't most other games do that? I still dont really get why i see so many people saying its p2w.

As for PVP like you said if its gonna be p2w haven shouldn't the rewards be less so it doesn't just reward payers with even more gems? If PVP only provides a small amount of gems i dont feel so bad not participating in that p2w entity which would make the game more friendly towards f2p? Gemming on the top i wouldn't know as i'm like noobcake in the arena lol, but since the rewards are only a little wouldn't it discourage gemming more since it wouldn't be worth gemming to the top in the first place? And again friendlier to f2p?

I'm sure everyone means well for the game and we're just voicing our opinions on the game. Peace

To be honest this is the first time for a long time that I've been active again on a game forum. Overall this game got me hooked. The game is pretty nice, concepts, builds, etc. It is something that you need to really work on not just by playing and doing AUTO the entire time. 
This is strategic game play that is really something. Hope this game lasts and will not be compromised by hacks or bots. Enjoy grinding fellow players and admins. :)
