Its so depressing really. I drew 1600 gem all trash. Not even 1 5* potential. Sad game. Sucks. They doesnt have any mileage to compensate for player bad luck. I guess this gacha event already made alot player quit.

*Pay to progress. People who are F2P progress at a slower pace than people who pay.
Summons are RNG-based, even if you pay, you might not get good heroes, but you can get lots of fodder for training. Also, you don't need a full team of 5* to do well, some limit broken 4* can be on par with 5*. If everything is so easy, you will finish the game so fast and get bored with nothing else to do, sometimes the fun is in the progression.
