No doubts, having summoners in your team give you a extra turn. But i don't think there is a problem if your squad is using a decent eq. / runes. The skills from Talissa itself doesn't hurt as much as a normal Mystic would do. If you move and attack ur squad properly, whenever summoner summon will just give them a 1 turn window and does not give them a auto win. You have units with 4 turn cd silence / stuns / sleeps to play with them.

In my rank, usually Master 3 (4900 - 5100) -Talissa's skill deal Poison Damage to my team and left them with 60%-80% HP..
Her pet also dealing more Poison in the next turn each time it attack..
And because my opponent have 1 ekstra Turn, Ronan in their back row ready to melt my team with his missile and they don't even give my Faye a chance to use her skill even though she have shorter CD!
You cannot Kill Talissa easily because in Master 3 and above, Talissa and Ronan are well guarded by Aden and/or Lucille Inquisitor..
Both give them MAG and DEF buff..
Ronan RM himself have aura to Buff MAG and DEF to everyone in his Aura..
Now give me an idea how to kill this sick Party?
Even if you have 13K Vincent Berserker, all Hero's skill is based on MAG Damage and you cannot easily OHKO MAG Specialist with MAG Damage!
Archers?
No you cannot, most of my Guild mate have OP Archers team..
They usually stay in Champion Rank and after the META shifted, they started to change their team with this Summoners because they knew Archers Team is obsolete already!
