Yes, but then again, if it were too easy to change..players will always change job every forthcoming. Especially when theres a nerf or buff. Then where the stratergy in that? Normal/casual players aka f2p will have the option, yet they will not be able to catchup to p2p. Whatever f2p can do, p2p can.This is a route I'm expecting VF to take, but I'm hoping that they wouldn't be so short-sighted to give such blatant advantages to only those who can afford it. A mixture of gems + limitations is what I reckon the VF team will take if they were to implement job switching.My guess would be the requirement of using gems for a job change. The higher the tier, more gems needed to change class. If vf want to implement this feature.
F2p are slow progress n casual players compare to most of p2p. So they will tend to hold back on upgrading their unit sometimes n wait for the right opportunity. P2p are more fast phase in every way. Meaning they have alot of high level heroes at hand. so if they wanna change hero job, they have to pay an appropiate amount of gems for that changes.
It is not to downgrade the p2p, its to strategize themself. This is a stratergy game after all. U will have the option of to change and not to change.
As for what crazyfight said about job keys. Either way, p2p will have the upper hand still in collecting the relic fast enough. Meaning they will change job faster and the game will be stick with the meta of that particular period. The players that could not have that option of collecting relic fast enough will either miss it or will not even try to catch up.
So like enixus said. A mixture of gems and limitation will be good if job change feature is to be available.
