The event was indeed hard for new players like myself but i think its way too hard. The 26th floor above on exile isnt doable without an event unit. I know it was set to a challenge but isnt this a bit too much? I have a 7k atk vincent and i cant even kill those shadow units before dying on floor 29. All im saying is the event is too reliant on featured units only, it makes those people without any luck on pulls waaaay behind from those who have them. Strategies wont really work if your team is getting wiped first stage of the game.

For this event, you won't be able to clear the top floors with non-event units.  My whole guild almost practically stuck at floor 40 of unity.
Btw, did anyone notice that the stats of Miu is much lower at max level 30 than the one shown in summon interface? or is the stats shown meant to be for level 40?
Miu stats really sucks though, and is practically useless outside of events, though I do like the skills for Samurai Miu.

Why do even new players aim for stuff that are targetted towards older players? As already stated by many, the event quests only require until floor 25 for both towers which doesn't really require a Miu so no Pay2Win excuses.

If you started playing VF a couple of weeks ago and you expect to be able to clear the whole event, no offense but you're pretty delusional. Veteran players have problems past floor 30 too even with event units.

Yap, agreed.  non event 5* will at most get you to level 29 of Unity.  From 30 onwards, better to have events unit.  31 to 34 is easier than 30 though (I think because floor 30 is gem rewards).  I ran a 2 Miu team and even with adding 1 Miu Merc, still can't clear floor 40. And my eq is +15 purples... so think it really meant to be a challenge and not meant to be cleared by everyone.

Im sorry i meant no disrespect. Just thinking how hard those unity 30+ i can only assume those peeps have 2-3 mius including ally? They cut through 4k defense so easily and thats not even the boss.

But I guess if enough suicide from guild members to get power down to -40%, it's definitely clearable.

I think the whole purpose of tower at higher level is to wait for guild mates to suicide...lol
