WTF with no reset for player who play and make some payment to learn the system and want to restart and play with iOS friend?
this is not professional solution from dev at all.

We have always mentioned, since the start of Closed Beta a month ago, that there will be no reset unless a serious bug happens.
We regret that you find this decision as being "unprofessional", and still wish to see you during launch.

Indeed there is no reset button, for some thats quite troublesome. If u have link the save data, probbably u wont have any problem access in ios or android (hope so). And u dont have to worry about all your progress that u have done.

Plus, wont it be great to be a teacher that teach amongs your ios friends. U already have a team build. By not resetting, its not like u cannot grow together with your friends no.

hopefully there will be some changes on the equipment upgrading price.
reason, you need to +15 a equipment to upgrade it to a random  higher grade equipment if i'm not mistaken. if that's the case, that means the item will have a random suffix as well.
if the price is the same  which means 100k~200k to +15 a equipment depending on luck, then you might get disappointed if the suffix is not what you wanted.
hopefully dev have take this into consideration =D

this absolutely "unprofessional" from my perspective as former game planner
your team should at least think about iOS player before you decide.

Once again, these changes are what the dev team feel is best at the moment.

We will be monitoring all data, and make changes whenever deemed necessary.

Valiant Force will always be updated, it does not mean balancing will stop after this patch.

I see thats ok when every game, new guys always do things alot easier from those who play before them

You wish to start in a new account in a new server with your friends, but also retain what you have bought and achieved with your gems.

yes that should be a choice for some player who already play

yes that should be a choice for some player who already play

Apologies, but we are not able to do that. All these settings have been confirmed, and no major changes are expected. 

We would love to see you guide your friends who are new to the game though.
