I'll just go to the point, 
1. Make it the competition that everyone can enjoy. Make most of the guild can kill at least 1 boss OR can still get the prize eventhough small token price (slow but sure). There're four bosses, so the advantageous of big guild they can earn it faster due they can kill more boss than the weaker.

2. Game is made to be played, and then can be enjoyed , if there're something that make unreachable gap between player , especially paid and free, for some people the fun is gone.
+1 for this! Don't lose sight of the big picture, XII Braves! I also do enjoy this game overall and I think it's generally a good and polished game with lots of potential. Just keep working at it and please take player feedback seriously! Don't make it into an unattainable grindfest and manage the RNG factor well so players don't get frustrated.

1. Please do change guild quest that eats gold to consume 3 raid keys. This will maximize guild participation...
2. Raid Ladder is good to provide the stronger people rewards for their effort. But do add a reward given equivalently to all members for every maybe 25% hp dealt to boss. This can motivate them to attack even if they know cant kill it.
3. Please either nerf or totally remove the summon. The boss itself is already a pain. Especially for weaker guild. Having very high resist and such.
4. Also we appreciate if raid token, is distributed more evenly. ( i mean soon we'll have over saturation of armor token, and not a single vanity token..those random chest wont guarantee to give you token from last boss) or just a token rotation every raid reset.
5. Lastly, if you can add guild skill/buff that only works on guild raid/future guild war. A different set than the current guild bonus.

Did the raid bosses sudenly hit harder and summoned more snakes when a certain hp threshold is reached?

Did the raid bosses sudenly hit harder and summoned more snakes when a certain hp threshold is reached?
1st raid boss below 50% HP will have a chance to spawn 2 snakes per summon, Acid Pool becomes Acid Pool II and that 1-turn bomb skill (forgot its name) will inflict larger damage.

This guild raid is freaking boring. Only 2 types of squads I know of, archer trigger or SDD that gives higher score. Totally no diversity since boss resist so many things it is not even funny. It is build for only a total DPS freak show to florish only with the 6 minutes (5 minutes 30 seconds usable only as 30 seconds is waste on the boss animation and etc to start up). Raid is supposed to be enjoyable but it is freaking tiring and boring instead. 

This is not even guild raid, it is just 4 x mega bosses scaled up with tons of HP and cc resistant that only a limit set of heros can be used and is limited to the top 5 plus guild with members having most of those few selected units.

Devs should really read that suggestion by Tywin at the other thread. Make Guardians serve their purpose. This will encourage squad diversity. Do not have bosses with insanely high CC resist. This will add another layer of diversity in the squad formations.

Another Suggestion: Token distribution

For the current system and difficulty, token is distributed in a way that most guilds will have several armor tokens but no vanity token to complete the set.
To replace this system, I suggest that the token not to be fixed to each part, but to have different colored token which can be exchanged for more than 1 part.

For example, have 2 colors token, red and green token.

The first boss drops a number of green token + Random color token ticket
The second boss drops a number of red token + Random color token ticket
The third boss drops a number of green token + Random color token ticket
The fourth boss drops a number of red token + Random color token ticket

Green token can be exchanged for: Armor and helm
Red token can be exchanged for: Vanity and Accessory

This way you can keep the last 2 boss a very challenging battle that only some guilds can complete, but those who can’t complete it do not have to merely depend on RNGsus for the part of Accessory/Vanity Token.

Edit: Since the system was already designed, it might be easier to just make the boss reward 2 type of tokens each instead of using the color thing ;_;
This is just one suggestion and there might be other ways to distribute these tokens :)
And of course, please let the rewards be auto-sent to our mailbox as others have already suggested.

This is just a suggestion.
Why make the raid a competetion against your own guild instead of guild vs guild vs guild? That way the guild ladder will still be implemented but everyone on a guild will have to participate if they want their guild to have better rewards. That way more raid bosses will also be defeated than the average 1 or 2 bosses killed each raiding season?
