What to upgrade Luthor to?

What to upgrade Luthor to?

What should I upgrade Luthor to? I have 2 4* Luthor one of which is Athena and the other, Hercules and 1 more 3* Athena Luthor. Thanks for the advice in advance :)

I would prefer Inquisitor due to the AOE heal, and also the skill is based on his mag (in which the both athena and hercules have strong mag attributes).
