Unable to upgrade townhall

Currently lvl 23, been following the guide quest till it hit upgrade townhall to level 5 but unable to do so as it reported requirements are not met event hough I upgrade all my other buildings (goldmine lvl 6 and alchemy lvl 3). I tried all methods including demolishing the buildings and upgrade again. The only building I can't demolish is alchemy, it reported invalid building ID for some reason. Please rectify this problem thank you

Sometimes it bugged and didn't show properly, the building might actually no longer there after you demolished it. Perhaps try restarting?

I did try restarting. I demolished the buildings and upgrade it again. The only building I can't demolish is the alchemy building

if u demolished yr buildings, have u upgraded them till u cant upgrade anymore?

Of course I did, u don't really read abandoned get the main point on my topic do u?I can't demolish alchemy?

Relax, he's just trying to help. I think you'll get a faster response if you send a screenshot through Customer Service. In the mean time, try re-installing the app.

Still the same issue, I can't advance in the game anymore due to that. Posted on customer service but no reply as of yet.
