I have tried 10x hero pull 7 times and single pull 5 to 8 times. This is what i got 4* kai, 4* vincent, 4* zedd and 4* priest not lucille and also 3 4* monster. Am i just unlucky or you guys have the same shity pulls? Just wanted to know.

Same shitty pulls. I am guessing 5* or valiant unit draw rate is only 1-2%

I did about 30 10x pulls and didn't see a single 5*

30x wtf and no 5* i guess the rate here at valiant force is really low.  

It all boils down on luck in the end. Whether you pull once or a hundred times, if you hit the right RNG, you'll get what you want. There's no use complaining on a system where the only factor is luck.

Its the same in every gacha game. Those premium unit draw rate is always 1-2% or even lower.

Even though I didn't get any 5*, I still got plenty of units capable of upgrading that far. All I need to do is spend some more time grinding them which really isn't too bad.

hahaha no wonder, just saying you didnt get any 5* was really surprising.
So in total how many potential 5* did you get?

Exactly 30 with 6 of them being 4* already.

I expected to pull some already 5* units because I see a lot of arena teams with 4 or 5 maxed units but guess it's really rare.

The rates are shitty. Atleast got some potential to 5* heros but need to grind much.
