i've Kiera-Elementalist with Ares faith and some bad aura...and this happen.

five 5 stars monsters feeding to Reroll Aura then still the same.
next is three 5 stars monster to Reroll faith and get Hera->Ares->Kratos
you know, now i feel fking done with this shit.(sorry for rude but...im so tired)

without reasonable thinking...i throw my Victoria-Paladin/Victoria-BloodKnight/Cybella-Gunslinger/Cybella-Grandranger/Teresa-Inquisitor and Teresa-SpiritWalker(all is full +2) to Reroll faith again.

bammnn! Zeus->Ares->Zeus->Ares->Zeus->Hera ...you are nothing!!

im just stuning and don't want to play anymore. lost in 14 total 5* units for nothing.

I've build them for 1 month and half, hoping for Mystic Class buff or atleast it can work in PVP.

two Ellis is Kratos and Ares waiting to Reroll faith(i'm planing to pay one for Pixie selector), but you know i've lost all of it to Kiera. (i don't care Athena shit, simply just give me Hercules)

man, i can't tell you how i feel right now.

all i can tell is if i didn't play this game for 3 months long with spending more money to VIP12.

i will uninstall this game for sure.

I feel the sadness and frustration with ever word you've written. To be fair, this is the game with the worst RNG i've played.

Well that's unfortunate.

As I stated somewhere before, some kind of "bad luck insurance" system is definitely needed. Needless to say, throwing 10+ 5star and get nothing is definitely frustrating.
At least implement a system with some kind of function like you will gain a "reroll crystal shard" or something for every reroll, when you combine 10 of them from 10 reroll, you get to pick something like pixie? Of course this need to be based on the hero rarity you used to reroll.

Like if 5 reroll still doesnt get what you want, there would be a faith selector for your next reroll (for non-valiants for sure)

Well i did 1.6k gem draw for trash and today i reached 400 and tried again.. bamm more trash. 2k gem 0 5* potential. Thanks VF. Well luckily im just a emiko delivery player. To those guys who recently just topup and get shit who felt like quitting within this few days, u can issue a refund via google play. Just give "they rigged the gacha" reason. Since their FB page is full of people complaining shit and negative comment, your refund will have high probability of success. They cant do shit about it. If google play refunded, most probably what VF can do is ban your ID. 

Faith reroll RNG problem has been with us since forever, now they implemented pixies but it is still not so easily obtainable and we need to wait on the grand pixie for valiants.
If i were you, I would pause on building mystic team and wait for grand pixie to reroll Kiera's faith. But i know how it feels to be tempted to throw in everything just for 'another reroll' hoping for it to be the last. Good luck on your next reroll. 

About bad luck insurance for faith reroll, I'm not sure if they would still have that after implementing pixies and grand pixies. Probably it's easier to make the pixies more easily obtainable for everyone (eg. have them for exchange in the bazaar for future event). I suggested a bad luck insurance thing for tickets though, admin commented they would work on it after conquest.

This is what remain, mostly is Valiant and Arena heroes.

Cybella-Sharpshooter 38 and Kai-Ninja 40 is in main squad.

so the one who survive this humiliation is Vincent-Gladiator(because i replace him with darrion sometimes.)
