I really dont think Might suffix crit bonuses is worth more than Trinity suffix def bonuses for Champ, especially if you are running a berserker.
Besides the Crit percentages wont help your champion that much with their low base crit, while the def bonuses can help them survive longer.

Up to you actually.
My Hera Berserker Vincent with Might equipment and runes reach almost 40% crit rate.

.....

He is now a ballerina that murders people :D.

My Vincent dragoon have his armor and helm as Might suffix (not on purpose, but it works)
In PVP when he crits 2 enemy units went to ashes instantly, and he crits pretty often.

But if you want survivability, go Trinity :D

Might for Champions with Hera faith. Otherwise, go for Trinity

But in reality, who would not use champion sets even if one piece of it has a "of Wizardy" suffix as long as it gives the set bonuses? So "of Might" and "of Trinity" are honestly good for champions/shadows/rangers in general :)
