Don't get me wrong, I love the game. This is the only game on mobile that resembles strategy games that I enjoy.
I know the game is just new and maybe the company as well? But that doesn't mean you'll need to make your game's RNG rating bad.
There are a lot of gacha games that were once new, but has really considerable RNG even from the beginning.
What I currently see/feel on the game's RNG rating is that 4* and 5* hero/equipment somehow feel considered as "Legendary" even though they shouldn't be.
Having more stars doesn't mean they're good or the best.
You roll a 10x equipment, you get a 4* that can easily be farmed from the story mode.
You roll a 10x hero/monster, you get a 3* fiesta of fodders.
There are loyal customers who are paying the game to get a better chance of getting a good roll, but still fail.
If customers, even free2play customers fail continuously with their rolls, you're not attracting paying customers. You're making them quit the game even how good the game is.
Players on other gacha games such as LoveLive SIF, Idol M@ster, Battle Girl High School and Chain Chronicles has a lot of loyal paying customers not because there's a new card. They're paying because they feel somehow rewarded in some point even if their roll failed. Make it feel like you're not gambling yourself to bankruptcy.

What's my suggestion for this post?
- I would like to suggest the Devs to reconsider checking other gacha games on how their gacha rolls work.
- I suggest 100% guaranteed at least one 4* equipment or hero summon for every 10x rolls during any event. (Also shorten the event duration to 2 weeks only because it won't feel like an event anymore if it's always 3 weeks.)
- Add EVERY event hero to Hero summon Pool even after that said event. (If you want event limited heroes on you game, release 2 new heroes on that event and make the other hero limited. [Check Idol M@ster Cinderella Girls Starlight Stage])
- Do and consider decisions as if you're a paying customer of your own game.

Sorry if I sounded harsh. I'm just somehow desperate not to see the game slowly dying due to bad RNG rating.
Most of my guildies and friends are quitting because they feel very unlucky and the game is somehow becoming a chore to them.
It may be too much to ask, but I also want to suggest reconsidering every decision you've made throughout the game so far while it's still at its early stage.
If the devs read this and tried to reconsider, thank you. If not, well mother of all bananas I hope they can pull their decisions off.
