im new to the game, is tank necessary for the team? 
because im planning to replace my Leon(my 1 and only tank right now) with my vincent(still 4*going to make him zerk)
my current line-up is
4* lucille-priest
5* ronan-MW (first hero to promote to 5)
5* kai-ninja (got from draw)
4* cybella-marksman
4* leon-zealot

bench hero
4* vincent
4* luthor-sage
3* kahuna

another question is about runes.
should i wait and collect 1slot 2*-5runes? or use any runes that can fit?

Gladiator Vince can sort of tank due to his active skill and aura. But knights are the dedicated tankers which can soak up damage for the rest of the team. They may come in handy for the legendary stages.

4* vincent > Hopefully its a slayer, make it a berserker
4* luthor-sage > Bench first
3* kahuna > WD

You should be able to go far with gold event legendary and complete exp event legendary . You might struggle with captiol legendary, hang in there and get more cards

5. Kahuna - WD with lifesteal

Depends on the stage and your squad. I am farming the event Heroic mode on auto without healer now.
