Hello all! Just recently joined the game during its launch in Asia. As I am a mainly free player, after doing 30x premium rolls (1200 gems) I've only gotten one potential 5*, zedd. Not inclusive of the starting valiant that I have, shizu. Is it a good choice to just create a new account? Or is this rng normal?

that is kinda bad, but then again, it's all about luck and RNG.
Me myself not getting any potential 5* from 800 gems summon.
Many people can get 1-2 potential 5* in one 400 gems summon, so yeah, compared to that, you (and I) are unlucky.

If you have previously buy any bundle/pack from this game, isn't it a waste if you just re-roll? If you're totally a free player, feel free to re-roll if you are OK to let your used time go wasted.

RNG is crap. I already spent some money for gems and as time passes by I regret it more and more. To be fair, they're pretty generous for gems but the downside is that you really need good luck because you get thrice for the RNG. You need luck for a 5* potential Hero, good Faith, and good aura direction (which can be costly to change). I can't believe I still can't finish Legendary (stuck at 23-2) when I already spent money. All I can say is that spending does not always pay off because I have really bad luck for this game. One thing for sure, no more $$$ from me.

In my game, doing single pulls gave me better result.
At least I got 3 potential 5* from doing single pull: 2x Luthor and 1x Victoria. But then again, in total I've been doing 20+ single pulls. You can say it's equal to at least 2x 400 gems summon, but with more gems used, and no 4* guarantee. 
When you satisfied with the last single pull, you can just stop pull and save the gems for the future.
