Yes you can craft different levels of XP pots in there

Maybe the best choice for now is: Gold Mine + Consumable Craft

I know of some friends who are buying gold using cash and focus on building other stuff though. Depends on your needs I guess.

Most of ghe 3* star armours need materials from heroic stage. So its not worth building it at the moment.
