The event though hard at stage 2 and 3 (as it should be), stage 1 on the other hand is do able.
Collect 300 drops for 1st lulu, and repeat 150 times stage 1 for second lulu.
took me approximately 2 days to get lulu

Lulu event seems much easier after the nerf yesterday. I tried it last night and can clear the 3rd stage.
