for your vincent go for gladiator if you want to go well in arena, vincent dragoon is the best for adventure in my opinion. Cybella zeus i think you should go for sharpshooter,  and if you want you can lb your 4* teresa to make it more sustainable. for shizu go for ninja its the best job 

i think the most annoying rube is dodge rune, damn man your critical attack just being wasted

1.) Just got an Althena Zedd. Im torn between going Elementalist or Mindwarder. I am sort of leaning Mindwarder since it seems to have better utility. Any Advice?What are pros and cons of each? 2.)
