RNG is the biggest problem in here , since it is a limited time event that might be for a month (s) if it's a feature it shouldn't be a limited time and pls don't give us answer like " this is just a freebie , its not like it will change anything if you get it or not also it will be back" answer you...

Thanks for the hard work, the lowering of lvl was a great idea , this new hero system is quite nice a new variation of grabbing 5* , IMO I also think including valiants and arena may or may not help a lot with the ranting since I really pays off the hard work if you got a valiant due to hard work or...
