Even without buying orb, you can effectively reach top 50 if you do not lose a single fight. People who buy orb to reach top 1 have to do trade off calculation between orb buy and the reward get so the limit itself is already there (i.e: the cost of buying orb shouldn't exceed the reward in arena)....
