To find the guild,
1) Make sure you are on Arathos server
2) Go to the guild building in your garrison
3) Search for "dusk"
4) Dusk Vigil should pop up, tap it and press apply

We do tend to finish raid 1 fairly quickly (4-5 days) so you dont have to worry

Yes absolutely! We're have many guildmates active in our guild chat. The last tower event, we had enough guild points to unlock floor 50 and the event hero trial reward. We still have a couple of slots available so feel free to apply(while slots last)!
