For some reason the game just stuck in the middle of the snowman event. I can't find what is causing this nor why is it happening. Someone can help?

Are you using Lulu in your squad?

yes, for me.
everytime my game hang. it's contain lulu

remove lulu from your squad and you can auto it without hanging. sad they might not fix it til the event is over

She is known to cause the freeze while auto
Several of my friend experienced this, and it is ok when they remove Lulu.
Hope it will be fixed in the next update.
