Hi, Mionachan here. I'm currently having an issue on Valiant Force. I have missing two 3-5 star hero tickets from the last event ladder rewards (Sentinels Covenant). I will try to detail what happened.
(English is very bad, pls bear with me XD)

So I participated the event ladder and ended up in tier 11 in ranking of the event ladder. And basically I received the rewards right away after the ladder ended last March 23 around midnight, (gmt + 8) and I got rune tickets, gems and 2 3-5 star hero tickets. I claimed the gems, and opened the rune tickets, and I left the 2 3-5 star hero tickets in my post office without opening because I'm saving summons for the next event hero so I was planning to use it during Sven's release hoping I could get him. That was my plan.
So before maintenance starts at 23rd march, around morning, I logged in and checked my post office messages to check if the tickets were still there. It was still there, along with job keys, express tickets, and 1 2-4 star hero ticket I got from wishing well which I'm also saving for Sven. There was no problem at all. Then I closed the game and didn't opened the game again until the maintenance started.
Then after the maintenance ended, I immediately opened the game and as usual it started downloading updates, then I was able to get in, and immediately checked my post office because I will use my saved hero tickets but to my dismay it's gone! It's not in my post office anymore! I'm so upset and confused why it was gone. And only the 2 3-5 star tickets from ladder disappeared, the rest of the items in my post office was still there! I immediately sent ticket concerning this and I got the reply saying it already expired so it disappeared WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE SINCE THE ITEMS LASTS FOR 3 DAYS why would it get expired it didn't even reached 24 hours in my post office when it disappeared like dust! Of course I replied them that they are wrong and I'm still waiting again for response.

I hope they will give back my hero tickets because as f2p every tickets are precious and I really need those even if it only has slim chance to get legendary units from it, a chance is a chance! And one more thing, I really hope at next updates they will let us keep our hero tickets in our inventory that way it's more secure than in post office which is timed.
