So today i traded my ice cream for 50 rune tickets, then there's this one ticket that can't be opened.
Everytime i try to open it, the game closes itself. Already my 4th try and it's still the same @_@

me too can confirm,
i experience the same problem when opening bunch of tickets,(either heirloom, 3-5 eq ticket, and rune ticket)

happens to everyone i know too. game crashes every 8-10 ticks
