Event Keys Bug(?)

At the prestige bonus area it is stated that we would receive 2 extra Event Keys per day but it only adds to the current event that is running (Gold/Exp/Rune/) all other days it only gives 1 for the other dungeons.
I'm just curious if this is a bug or intended.
