Guide Quest Progression Bug

When trying to complete the Basic Quests the quest number goes from 42. to 44. And locks up progression looking for 43 which doesn't exist.
Same problem goes for Advance Quests 80. then 82. there is no 81.

I've attached snap shots I took of the problem.
