I cant reset my runes. Clicking reset does not work. Tried restarting and reinstalling. Is this a bug or do i need a specific level to reset

The reset button merely 'revert' back to original state AFTER you saved last time.

To change the runes, you simply need to drag the runes out of the Square box, and put in the New one in to it.
Remember to Save the NEW SET before exiting the rune page.
