i have f2p people in my guild, but i have to be fair to those who want to level the guild faster and unlock all the buffs. So yea, for now i'm starting the foundation right before we can assist other active players in the community. It may seem to be a little too much to ask, but the limitations of the roster disables me to recruit more than i want to. 
In my experience, many of the people who joined in various games, mostly those who dont spend, quit after awhile and leaving a hole to fill which demoralizes the rest of my members. Thus, saying about "spending" in a game, actually gives me the thought that you are serious on the game and will stay for a long time.

An update on your guild status/level would be nice

@LeonZai, Count me in, quitting my current guild now.

Lv 38 at the moment.
Spamming Lulu event dungeon for achievements, thus player level progression might be much slower than before due to the lower exp. But rest assured. I complete all my guild daily missions.

EDIT: Checked guild page as of 12:30 am server time... Still not available to apply.
