The game server has gone down for a short while as we are facing some unexpected technical issues.

We were unable to broadcast a server message to notify everyone as the issues affected the broadcast system.

The game server is expected to be up in 60 minutes (duration might be extended) from the time of this post.

Emergency Server Maintenance

Server date: 13th October 2016
Server time: From 01:00AM to 02:00AM (duration might be extended)

A compensation package will be sent to players within 24 hours. We do understand that players have lost gold, job keys, and some units while training your heroes.

We apologize for the inconveniences caused.

Update 1: 

Maintenance is extended by another 60 minutes.

Server date: 13th October 2016
Server time: From 01:00AM to 03:00AM (duration might be extended)

Once again, we will compensate players within 24 hours of the server going back live. Apologies!

Update 2:

Maintenance has ended as of 02:55AM and the game is now live!

Please await a compensation package to be sent within the next 24 hours. Thank you!

Ummmm, sorry bout this, I was using my hero exp 100% up item from the starter package and then the maintenance struck, I was only in it for 30min, will I be able to continue after the maintenance is over when I log in?

Hi gm, my daily quest is bugged, i completed one and tried to claim and while I was doing so the server crashed.

This led to the reward showing that it can be claimed and the requirements are met, but when I try, it says the requirements are not met. Cant get my gems because of that.

Dear GM, I can't login my account after the maintanance. It just freeze at loading 100% at the main menu,
my account is binded with facebook (tudiahiong@gmail.com) rank35~36, VIP8, townhall 12
*** I have no problem sign in with other sub account, but only my facebook binded account can't login***
Any solution ? Im worry T.T

Im amazed you even have a sub account.

Have you tried restarting your phone and app?
