I feel like Shizu is still weak. Mage bane supposed to be the counter for mage class (I'm looking at you Talissa WL)
But the Cooldown is too long for her to be effectively shutting down mage class. Maybe you can reduce the damage and just focus on giving her Low CD Debuff instead?  :D
Just my opinion though.

MiloD here, edited your post by accident (@_@)

Anyway, Amplify will increase the damage dealt to the target enemy. Shizu Assassin is seen as a PvE hero :)

1000 damage originally will receive 1250 damage now.
2000 will receive 2500.. etc.

Happy Vesak Day everyone! MiloD is back with some concepts for Shizu for your discussion! I am always trying to make the format more readable for you guys, so do bear with me as we go along :D Changes are now BOLDED.

Shizu Magebane
Old Thousand Cherry Blossoms (CD: 7)
125-155% based on Crit (+ shaped AOE)
Stuns enemies for 2 turns

Old Crippling Blight
When Shizu attacks, there is a 30% chance to:
Trigger others in aura to attack with 75% of their attack
Trigger others in aura to stun enemies for 1 turn.

New Thousand Cherry Blossoms (CD:6)
Debuff 40% Mag for 2 turns (3x3 AOE)
120-150% Damage based on ATK (3x3 AOE)
66% Chance to Stun enemies for 2 turns

New Crippling Blight
When Shizu attacks, there is a 35% chance to:
Trigger others in aura to attack with 85% of their attack
Trigger others in aura to stun enemies for 1 turn.

Shizu Assassin
Old Hundred Crimson Slash
100% Chance to stun enemy for 2 turns
135% damage over time based on Hero's Crit for 3 turns
Stealth Shizu for 2 turns

New Hundred Crimson Slash
100% Chance to stun enemy for 2 turns
135% damage over time based on Hero's ATK for 3 turns
Amplify 25% damage to enemy for 2 turns (new!)

No changes to Shizusin's passive!
Kinda unfair because Freya got 100% chance to stun while shizu only have 66%.
I'd rather reduce the stun duration to 1 turn or keep the row aoe to than 66% chance.
Because 66% chance to stun isn't that effective on arena if there's un-stunned unit.
Other than that it looks nice.

As a magebane, Shizu should be able to counter Mage's tricks. The new skill doesn't do any logical reason to counter mages except for the MAG Debuff. I suggest for her to have a 4to5-turn cooldown with "Nullify Skill-effects such as poison/burn/leech done to the team" for 2 turns. The Aura should be "When everyone is hit by a magic attack, reflect 20-30% of that magic back to the caster". This is how magebanes should work and not by having stun chances! I thought you were going to #MakeValiantsGreatAgain ?

EDIT: I am fine with the new assassin revamp. She's becoming a nice amplifier against megabosses. Though I am looking forward for VF to introduce a new skill-effect "Confusion" where the monster/enemy has a 50% chance of hurting itself rather than your heroes when in effect.

Out of Topic, but I think they should rework Shadow in general though lol

Point taken and I agree that shadows need rework. I think the developer team should be able to answer the question "Will I be using <Insert Valiant-Job> as a good PVP/PVE Hero in general or use <Insert Character-Job> instead since this has more utility and more famous? With that new magebane Shizu, I highly doubt they can answer yes. The Valiant revamp should generally help players treat jobs of valiants equally. I'd still rather upgrade my shizu to an assassin rather than a magebane with these new skills.

This is what a "Magebane" should be, because they are.
What's more MB is a part of Shadow class, which should be a class that excel in terms of speed.
Like you said before, shadow is not a damage dealer, instead a disruptor on a battlefield.
Reduce their damage & reduce their CD seems good.

Another extra, why don't we make Assassin more "Assassin"?
Like 2-4 turns CD that have 200% damage to 1 target, or something like that. =D

Looking back to the origin of shadows as Disruptors, here are the following skill effects that may help Shizu a worthy Valiant to use in squads:

1.) Chaos - Swap positions of 2 - 3 random enemies without any damage
2.) Confusion - Affected heroes have 50% chance to attack themselves when either using skill / attacking normally
3.) Kidnap - Render 1 enemy hero missing until one hero dies in either your team or enemy team.
4.) Imitate - Copy a skill of a selected hero and use it 2 turns lesser of the original
5.) Snatch - Unequip items/runes for 2 turns.

Aura effects:

1.) Magic Repellant (MageBane) - When others get hit by magical attacks, reflect a % of the damage back to the caster
2.) Will of a Samurai (Samurai) - Everyone in Aura gets 15% of CRT and ATK from this hero's ATK
3.) Shadowclone (Ninja) - When others get hit, there's a % to summon this hero's clone with 10% Stats in front, back or side of the enemy
4.) Silent Kiss (Assassin) - When others in aura were able to kill an enemy, this hero has 60% chance to deal 100% ATK to a random enemy.
