Kiera's Revamp

Dear Players,

We would like to officially announce Kiera’s Revamp, coming on the 30th November 2017.

We will be releasing details of her updated skillset in the coming week.

Here are the changes prepared for Kiera for the 14th December! 

Kiera Mindwarder
Active skill (Improved from previous 3x3 AOE)
40% Skill Delay for 1 Turn (ALL) (Changed from 3x3 50% to 1 turn Skill Delay)
Fires 4 missiles, dealing 100-130% of MAG. (Changed from 3x3 130-160% of MAG)
Each Missile will 100% Skill Delay for 1 turn. (Changed from 3x3 2 turn skill delay)
CD: 4  (reduced from 6)

Passive skill (Improved Chance)
Passive Trigger Rate increased from 35% to 40% for 1 turn Skill Delay

Kiera Rune Magus
Active skill (Upgraded Knockback to Knockback 2.0)
Direct Damage 100-130% MAG to all (Changed from 150% of MAG to all)
Added Knockback 50% of MAG for 2 tiles if unit cannot be knocked back (ALL) (From regular knockback)
CD: 5  (reduced from 6)

Kiera Elementalist
Active skill (Improved burning ground damage output)
Direct Damage 60-150% of MAG (3x3) (Changed from Direct Damage 150-180% of MAG (3x3))
Burn ground for 160% of MAG for 2 Turns (3x3) [Change from Burn ground for 100% of MAG for 2 turns (AOE)]
75% chance to stun enemies for 1 turn (3x3) [Change from 50% chance to stun enemies for 1 turn (3x3)]
CD: 5  (reduced from 6)

Passive skill (Added Persistent)
Added : Buff DEF 5% based of MAG(ALL) 

Kiera Warlock
Active skill (Significantly improved cooldown)
Direct Damage reduced from 150-180% to 60-120%
Team leech increased from 15% to 20%
Confuse turns increased from 1 to 2
CD: 3  (reduced from 6)

Passive skill (Added additional effect)
Added Confuse for 2 turns when this hero gets hit

Please note: All figures are still subject to changes from the balance team. The final changelog will be released on Wednesday along with next week's patch notes.

Hope she is that good. She has been benched for a long time now.

Edit: The suggestions do not bring any revamp to be honest. I feel that developers were only thinking about the ARENA perspective of these proposed changes which I think are decent

But then again, kiera is still USELESS in PVE. The same uselessness before the skill is the problem for her

First of all everyone in mage class need some real serious help ....
The mage class almost all of them other then zoey don't play a role in the game i mean like really 5 to 6 turn just for 1 AOE and that's it's they can go the nearest window and jump out of it..... My assassin or champion does a better job at kill all the monster and he/ she does it in 1 turn

The game monster auto target the hero with the lowest def or hp and most of the time my mage and at turn TWO my mage already puking blood !!!!

The whole class needs revamp, it's not just Kiera.
If you only revamp kiera, she will get overcreeped later by mages with better utility.

Zoey > Talissa
Taegan > Ronan

These are enough example, seeing how old mystic heroes become obsolete compared by how kai, cybella, and Vincent is still usable.

As a general rule, all Valiants should always be revamped time and again to keep up with the current meta.  They are the main heroes of this game, so its only reasonable that they will always stay relevant.

I hope Kiera doesn't get a complete overhaul. Buffs I would like to see are things like -turn CD for her elementalist. Since just about every mystic has paper defenses, I think letting her survive for 7 turns is too long. What if you cut that skill to 4 turns and maybe take the numbers to ~70% efficiency compared to the original(her 160% dmg on cast become 100-120% while her burn becomes 70% per tick). Her aura is already good for a mystic lineup so trying to get her by for 4 turns will be a much easier task compared to trying to keep her alive for 7 turns. By cutting it to 4 turns, i think Kiera Ele could now contest with Talissa because she's honestly just so good as a mystic.

Her mind warder maybe should get the Zoey treatment. Give her aura a stun even just a 1-turn stun to prevent archer trigger attacks. Her skill would also appreciate an additional debuff(like an AOE ATK reduction). 

I honestly think her Kiera RM is the closest to viable but as a valiant, she's underwhelming. I feel just a CD reduction to her skill and making it a missile would make her powerful and tanky for mystic standards, at least.) 

Her warlock route would be amazing if her skill was at 5 turn CD and adding a bleed would make her disastrous to face against. That means at wave 2, she can potentially destroy formations on top of the damage which is incredibly crucial for some lineups like trigger lineups. Her aura needs an additional debuff, as well. 

Better yet, give all Kiera routes an on-spawn skill that can help them breeze through a few turns. 

Just my two cents. I hope she becomes close in power to Zoey. She doesn't need to be as strong but she should be up there.
