basically i dont have any trouble farming for 1*
& 3* mob but 2* mob is just another lvl lol..so any idea on the best stage to farm them aside from normal summon?

Normal/Heroic 24-2 seems good to me. All level 2-3 mobs.
Not sure if there are actually increased rates there, though.
