9. The suffix of chain-quest equipment (Defender’s Chaos, Harmony Mantle, Vengeful Mantle, Destroyer’s Chaos, and Chaos Pendant) cannot be changed through reforging. Players are not encouraged to spend Valianite to try and reforge them.

Important note: For players who have tried to reforge the named items, kindly use the in-game customer service function to write in a ticket and let the customer service team know about the issue. Do add include details on which item you tried to reforge, and when did it happen etc.

Changes are bound to happen, this is part of live operations. The team is just a day late in pushing out the patch note, and we apologize for the delay.

its not mentioned in the patch notes

the drop rate of the essence has been changed a couple of times after the maintenance the drop rate was really high but after a couple of hours the drop rate fell really low, you would sometimes get 0 per run they twerked it a little earlier
But the concern here is the devs not being straight forward about certain changes

well how would you cut them some slack if there being shady with the changes
we already understand that they don't really have a "big" team and they have mouths to feed but that is not a reason to act a certain way 
im just concerned because  every time they do this shit this means another batch of players would quit the game out of frustration

we already understand that they don't really have a "big" team and they have mouths to feed but that is not a reason to act a certain way 
im just concerned because  every time they do this shit this means another batch of players would quit the game out of frustration

I don't think the devs owe players any explanation when they change up the drop rates, this game is meant to be a grind anyways. Everything boils down to rng and I don't think it's unreasonable to get zero drop on certain runs. Are you expecting to clear the event within a day or something? They did give us 2 weeks.
