sometime we got disconnected while battle... or maybe doing it on purpose to retry the mission.

what I noticed that if we restart the game, and resume it we will :
1. start the battle phase from 1
2. lose item that have already used
3. Our companion will be randomly different
4. Our hero's stats getting weaker 

for number 4, can someone give detail of percentage of stats reduce of each time we retry the battle ?

if my memory serves me correctly, I remember someone said that the maximum stat reduction is 25%, so 5% is reduced every time you restart and resume a battle

Item dropped won't change. Enemy position won't change. (chest location also) stats drop by 5% each time. Ally drop by 50%.
