Congratulations XII Braves, you just killed valiant force perfectly.
As stated before in the hall of shame, some nicknames are accused of doing illegal transactions while they do not.
Have you any proof about these? And if you have, are they valid?

Anyway you just killed your profit and income, 5 of them are top spender players who loyally spend into valiant force and after this they will quit the game.
It's fine anyway, your service sucks and the balance in this game is getting awful.

Aside from these people who are falsely accused, I also lose my interest on anything marked with XII Braves in my whole life, Alongside with a group of players who spend quite a number on this game.

They're going to refund too on play store so you'll gonna have deficit on this month's profit.

And so congratulations once more, Adios

Three things,

First, I have friends on that list too, not the top 5 spender, but a player with legit statement, he is going thru the appeal vs the Dev before going to refunding.

Second, banning Big spender IF they did wrong is CORRECT, no need to feel bad, but if the company is downed like that, it is just bad for them not for the Game itself nor Player base.

and third, keep the rant, see how all the claimed white ones prove themselves and how the company react.

I agree with whodahackii.

Surely the management would not do something of this calibre to hurt the users trust without valid proof or reason. This align with the company's integrity of staying true to the communities on their pledge to remove anyone who threaten to disrupt the game balance.

And this isn't a small matter. It goes without saying that these investigations have been done way before the statement was made earlier.

Instead of one shotting down the authority, you yourself need to have sufficient proof to defend your statement. If not, this could be used against yourself as slandering another's reputation.

So instead of commenting, if one is really innocent, should file for an appeal him or herself.

Falsely accused? One of them from the FB group just admitted buying bundles through a friend, that friend might have used illegal means to make the purchases. If they are not buying those bundles themselves, it's considered unofficial means already, the owners themselves are liable for going through other channels to get those bundles.

Regardless if the owners paid real money or not, you don't know if their middleman is being honest with it.

I don't say all of them are innocent, but some of them ARE innocent.
Let's say 10 people are caught on robbery but 3 of them are just there on the incident place.
The 10 of them all got convicted of robbery. Is that just?

Some of them has solid proof of all their purchases on valiant force and already emailed the authority themselves.

You know what the problem is?
1. It's suspicious that only one community's top players get banned while the others aren't. Weird?

2. Even if they're unbanned, our community's morale already went downhill, the game is really repetitive and boring. No real reason to stay.

3. The community already defame the banned people anyway. The same goes for what you ask me, Do they have proof?

4. To be proven innocent you need to go through process. First you wait for at least three work days only for a response. And then another couple of days to investigate, it's taking too long and people will lose their will to play in the meanwhile. This only proves more that valiant force service sucks.

5. This game is going downhill anyway, the balance, content, etc is getting worse. Too much to tell, go check other threads to know what I'm talking about.

I loved this game, but doing this shows how awful the developers really are.

People are free to think or say what they want but eventually the truth will be revealed, just see how it goes.

i guess because some community is not cheapskate to buy from unofficial sources, anyway i hope the admin continue the banwave on all purchases not through official channel

2. Community morale? More like rising after this issue, as we know eventhough XII Braves is not the best developer out there, they still ban people who do illegal things.
There's more games out there that just let people who do illegal things roam free. And really? Tell me what mobile game is not repetitive, i tried several game and it's just the same formula,
even on popular game such as 7K, Brave Frontier, Fate Grand Order and Grand Blue Fantasy

3. Like you said, let's just wait till the truth revealed

4. Nah, in the real world when people do illegal things, the same process also happened. They were caught and then interrogated which lasts for several days. Nothing new, It's just a protocol.

5. I also rant in one of those threads, but the raid updates today is enough to let us know that they still care about us. Still hoping for good things on next week update.

Salt everywhere.

I have 2 friends there. One claims he used his own credit card so he is filing a ticket to CS. They do deserve compensation though if they were wrongly banned.

In any case some got banned and undeniably deserve it. Kudos to FunPlus.

WOW, the first thing i said.... WOW. Despite they're big spender of else , you still ban them. And I believe you have good prove backing you up. If you do, then 10 thumbs up for you XII Braves. I'm veteran online gaming since i'm in college, and most of the time, the dev always "lose" to the "big money" guys.... as one of the first and BIG game developer in my country did (since then, i NEVER played the game being delivered by them anymore) .... GOod JOB, i support you in this case XII Braves.... Bravo for the Bravery
