Yet in game it is in Event Heroes tab. Can we get some clarification? 
Because If it's Event Heroes I would need to pull them before it's too late...

Faye permanent, only Silvia not permanent and might come out again later in future summon as a permanent hero

So there's a chance that my silvia would disappear? or what? sorry i don't get it

Faye is a permantent hero, silvia is not.
Event heroes disappear from the gatcha pool after their event finish.
They could get back sometime in the future (devs said this) but not sure when or how.

Only in gacha, your silvia or other heroes won't dissapear from your inventory

So far, (i joined during Winry event aka Halloween), event heroes will be removed from shops. unless stated otherwise.
from my experience of getting mutliple seraphina and now silvia, never seen winry
