Re: Is The Player Base Dropping?

Don't really think that the tiers and rankings are good indicators or an accurate representation of the overall player base.

In the first place, this event only benefits the top guilds who can clear content that generates more event points. It is not surprising to see other players not participating, because in the first place.. the playing field was never equal. If anything, I would say that the current tiers and rankings represent the player base's reception to this event. I doubt most players would not go all in on this event with the knowledge that they will not get to compete on equal footing.

Perhaps event points should have been capped at level 35 or 40, where all players have a reasonable chance of clearing. This will encourage player participation and spending. The higher levels should really just be levels to reward top guilds by giving out excellent trial rewards, instead of granting a higher energy/event points ratio.

Lastly, happy new year everyone!

Be valiant. Play fair. =)
I am pretty sure there is no need to clear everything for the 100% chest O__o

Many of my friend from facebook tried the game and then quit before reaching level 20. They also complain that it is very hard to reach 5star (Honestly I dont know why would they felt that way).
Depends on their personalities IMHO. It took me 2 weeks of play until I decided to invite my RL friends to play. And after I fully understand the game system, I only invited the two that are patient type while not asking other friends with impatient personality. One quit due to heavy workload hit him before he got hooked up to the game. The other remains and enjoys the game. He has time to raise his young baby, work and still be able to enjoy the game. In the end, no pressure playstyle can enjoy the game as f2p or even being casual spenders while impatient playstyle will be tempted by the slowness of the game and feel they neeed to spend to be better or to be competitive. That's pretty much of it

Nahh, it always happens with every games. Most of the ppl who quits are those players who only play because of the hype.
Also happened in my guild. But not that much, only like 2-3 ppl.
