9. The suffix of chain-quest equipment (Defender’s Chaos, Harmony Mantle, Vengeful Mantle, Destroyer’s Chaos, and Chaos Pendant) cannot be changed through reforging. Players are not encouraged to spend Valianite to try and reforge them.

Important note: For players who have tried to reforge the named items, kindly use the in-game customer service function to write in a ticket and let the customer service team know about the issue. Do add include details on which item you tried to reforge, and when did it happen etc.
I as asked for the 'exact' timing of my doing my reforge when I write an ingame ticket.
I give the timing as 10-12 and guess what the CS said in response.
"Sorry we can't help you if you can't give the exact timing..."
'EXACT" TIMING...

I mean who will remember so exact timing of every actions that happened ingame...
So much for asking a ticket and end up asking such stringent requirements to even investigate my case...
WELL DONE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....Guess its my fault for not remembering the exact timing of every action I do ingame.

Judging from the timing of my first post.
I should be doing the reforging around 10am yesterday.

Wondering if we enhance the item to higher star, will the set bonus...

The set bonus for heirloom sets increases according to the star grading. However, all items of the heirloom set must be of the same star grading to activate the bonus.
funny how you deleted your own reply "there is no patch note as there aren't any major changes other than the changing of events." 
like nothing happened  ...

then your support team is asking for a exact time when the issue happened....... 10/10 VF devs at its finest....
Not happy, just leave. Still not happy, don't comment. Still damn not happy, delete the game. No one own you or anyone anything. They can do what they want, we hope they can tell us more, but if they don't want, then why force them.
Customer service is one thing, but they are still human, they have their ups and downs and sometime they can just be tired of all the work.
Just cut them some slack and enquiry. If it's meant to be, it will.

Don't worry, they will eventually find out the truth. My lost keys and energy was returned to me after they investigate. If it's really happened, the report they pull will show. But it will take them a while.

are you even thinking??  do you even get what my point is??? 
i will give you an example...
the issue that we had in the essence drop rate .... if the drop rate suddenly change without notice ... how the hell would a player know if its a bug or a change if the player was not informed... tons of people will contact customer service thus leading more work for them..... again im not contradicting the things that there changing ... the thing that im against is not telling players the certain changes will be made...
it will create more confusion to players ....

again we already understand that this is a business and why cant the dev man up and accept mistakes they made and tell it  not just shrug it like nothing happened....
but its nonsense talking to people like you who cant even get the idea when its already spelled out
