Re: Honestly arena is just a big darn mess for me right now.

i kinda get your point but i think you're being close minded about the type of arena we have right now because you only view it as the money making type of arena.
you forgot that when we fight in the arena we gain points not 1 win as a score.... that makes a lot of difference.
im not gonna explain much about this  because 1. im lazy and 2 i think we already know what kind of arena you really want and thats called a "ladder" spamming mindlessly to gain more points
you are really missing the point of the arena and its to fight other players teams having a mediocre team wont get you anywhere,

and with your previous comment about "anyone can climb in the arena by spamming orbs" i think thats a bit selfish and its kind of an insult for the people at the top
yes its given that they spend money to buy orbs but do you think if they use your team
would they have the same result?
the arena right now gives space for some f2p or dolphins to have a chance to climb a bit high if they spend there resources correctly and make a good and well equipped team.
try to be open minded about the arena its not what you think it is..
First off, your first point does match what I view arena currently as. It's nothing more than a blood token farm for me and that's it. Now what I don't get is, based on your argument how gaining points instead of wins refutes the idea that arena shouldn't be viewed as a blood token farm. The very fact that we do earn points instead of wins that we should feel proud of IS the very definition that strengthens my point that arena is not a very fun feature. Unless you meant something else, you might want to clarify what you're trying to say before you call me close-minded.

On your second point, I'm not gonna comment on your laziness. Instead I wanna comment as to why you think I want a ladder, when the arena system is already following a ladder system. Never did I say anything throughout my post regarding my want to turn the current arena system into a ladder system, as it would be ridiculously stupid to turn it into something it already is... And again you have missed my point. It doesn't really matter whether or not you have a mediocre team. The point is that the efforts we make in arena doesn't match the reward. Players with great teams should be enjoying a bunch of rewards, players within the middle level should be enjoying an ample amount of rewards, while players who are unable to climb arena so well would be stuck with only a minimal amount of rewards. Right now, however, there is hardly any difference between mid level and low level players, which is a big issue that I believe is needed to be addressed. If anything, all I want is for arena to be a bit more fun than it is now, and not as the simple blood token farming feature that it already is at the moment. Sure, players on the high end of the spectrum would be enjoying the rewards in arena, but for the rest of us low spenders, we're no different from F2P people when to it.

As for my "arena orb spam" comment, I admit that I've grown to understand how it does seem to be a pointless argument, so I'm sorry for that. It's obvious that nobody would be spamming orbs with a bad team and end up losing more than they gain, and so these people are well prepared with a composition that can win consistently. Then again, anyone with gems to spare for arena would definitely have the best teams on hand, so arena orb spamming and team strength definitely goes hand in hand. Still, the point still stands - the strongest person can still be easily overtaken by another person if that person has a decent team and even more gems to spare for orb spamming, so it's still pretty much a battle of who can use more resources instead of relying more on the strength of their arena team.
