its for the equip bug ... but i hope they did increase the crystral drop rate too

i think their aim is for only 1% of the player base to get the final reward, most players who can't run legendary or master have no chance of completing this quest

Let's stop hating and this kind of toxic mentality which separates those who can run legendary and those who can't. It's not like those with higher levels can easily finish it as it's pure RNG. Even players who can farm legendary has little chance to finish this specific event quest.

not hating the players, i dont even see this as competitive kind of game. what i hate is they included a ridiculously hard quest that majority of the people wont be able to finish, the previous events were all possible to 100%

Hmm, I feel that not everything have to be 100%. Example, can I clear master? No I can't but I not going to be sour about it. Same thing is that it's rng based and if you lucky, you get the reward. If you not, then better luck next time.
Someone here already get talissa from the drop without 100% completion. That's even more ridiculous rng ever.
My point is, don't think as everything have to be 100%. They set it achievable but not necessary by everyone. And if you really want her, then u have to spam gems. But to me. No point, if it's meant to be mine.. It will be.
At least she is not part of a set item but I still glad that I got the sword at the last min of the previous event.

I feel the same, my guildy gotten 2 Talissa from Legendary farming lol, awesome rng. I cannot do master as well, currently 80+/120 so I should be able to get 100%  I guess.
TLDR, not everything can be done by everyone.

I currently have three, one from summon, one from event completion, and one from Legendary run drop. Hahahaha
