Am I missing something or am I the only one who doesn't know where to claim previous raid reward?

The question is, did your guild kill any raid boss? If no, then anyone from your guild didnt get anything. If yes, you should have gotten raid rewards already.

Not necessarily. If the guild killed the raid boss on the last day, but you didn't login between the time of death to the raid boss's reset (say you were sleeping), you also lose the opportunity to redeem the rewards.

Ya that is pretty true. If the boss is left with a few percent. You really have to check. Haha.

Actually, I don't think many people will notice about this but i hope this information works for everyone:

1. The Claim rewards will be disappear in 10 minutes after the raid boss is cleared (0% HP)
2. After you raid the boss, the rewards won't automatically go to your mail box, so you have to claim it manually to the treasure tab
3. You can claim the chest rewards on the Boss that you have defeated, because the system automatically move to the next boss raid after you defeat it so that's why we didnt notice that the treasure tab is also change to the next boss (<< i dont know if everyone gets this or not)

I hope i make things clear , this information is provided by other friends too so I hope it can be helpful

Really need an OFFICIAL statement from the game DEV, first we have an insanely high power check from the first week, (then it got nerf for all), now with lower HP, but we found out the rewards was not given automatically AND has very short (10 Minutes) time limit.

So after planning and coordinating within a guild, some will still not getting the reward even after killing a boss.

The rewards should just go straight to our inbox for simplicity. 

If a guild clears a boss on the night of the last day, I'm pretty sure there will be people who can't or didn't login to claim the reward.

guys, i understand the hardwork and the loss but it's still beta, how about you channel this suggestion on this topic. They specially open for us to give feedback

will be disappear in 10 minutes?? I think it's "will be appear" meaning you can start claiming the rewards 10 min after boss is killed?
My guild cleared the boss last week and my bf still can claim it hours later O.o so I assumed it can be claimed until the reset...
did they change?
Anyway also agree that reward should be auto sent in the case that the guild kill boss near reset time and not everyone have a chance to claim it.
